We provided project management expertise for a major Pharma client and their Procurement Department and and support for three key transformational projects on Sustainability Data, Spend Data Cleansing, and Contract Management Improvements. Enabled Procurement and the business to access high-quality sustainability data by delivering an automated Power BI-driven solution that replaced a manual database, aggregating complex AstraZeneca data (29k suppliers) with ESG data from third-party sources (Ecovadis, CDP, SBTi). Achieved over 85% reporting accuracy across all AstraZeneca spend (~$16bn and ~800k invoices) by managing a global spend data cleansing initiative. Delivered an improved reporting user experience by building a Power BI spend analytics platform, re-mapping the classification of spend data, and identifying and rectifying data quality issues. Improved contracts management user experience by resolving ~120 technical issues, significantly reducing the time (~20%) and effort required to generate the first draft of a contract. Streamlined the process by 1. providing accurate reporting on eSignature cycle times, 2. improving response times to defects (~30%), 3. implementing XML configuration enhancements, and 4. updating SharePoint knowledge materials for all users.

2. Telco

We provided project management support for a UK major Telecommunications provider and led a team of 50 key stakeholders, designers, and developers, worked on user stories and epics, and managed the end-to-end development process to deliver the BT Procurement internal and external websites. Accelerated daily workflows for over 200 employees by delivering transformational initiatives in risk and contract management. Provided senior and leadership-level status reports. Collaborated with PMO and HR to onboard more than 120 new joiners, leading the new employee induction process.
